| TERMS & CONDITIONS - TRADITIONAL WORK: If any additional work, other than what is stated on the face of this page, is requested by the client. A charge equal to the current hourly crew rate will be billed. INSURANCE: Cutting Costs Tree Service, Inc. carries general liability insurance should an incidence occur to a person or property, and all employees are covered by Workers Compensation Insurance. STUMPS: Stumps will be cut to within five (5) inches of ground unless otherwise specified. Sometimes, however, incidence of fence or metal in stump may prevent this. Stump grinding is not included in tree estimate unless specified. Clean up of stump grindings is an additional charge. SEPTIC/WELL: It is the home owners or clients responsibility to inform Cuffing Costs Tree Service, Inc. of septic and well location. If client neglects to inform Cutting Costs Tree Service, Inc., Cutting Costs Tree Service, Inc. will be held harmless for all claims for damages. OWNERSHIP: The client warrants that all quoted trees, stumps, and/or property on the face of this page are owned by the client or the client has permission from the owner. Cutting Costs Tree Service, Inc. is to be held harmless for all claims resulting from the clients failure to obtain permission. |
